Photo ready check list

All rooms

• Replace any non functioning lightbulbs

• Make sure all is clean and decluttered

• Tuck away or remove visible extension cords

• Turn all TVs off and hide remotes

• Open curtains and blinds

• Turn ceiling fans off

• Turn on all lamps and overhead lights

• Hide personal items such as photographs or valuables

• Hide pet items, bowls, litter boxes, toys, ect.

• Hide trash bins in closet or ensure they are empty

Living room-

• Make sure couch cushions and decorative pillows are properly placed

• Make sure any rugs and tables are clean and free from clutter.

• Tuck away magazines or mail

• Coasters hidden

Kitchen

• Wipe and shine appliances

• Tuck away or hide cords on small appliances

• Remove any magnets from fridge

• Wipe down counter tops

• Dry sink

• Remove scour pads or soap dish

Bathroom/wash room

• Dry tub and sick

• Toilet seats down

• Hide trash bin, plungers and laundry basket

• Have towels hanging decoratively

• Replace dirty shower curtains or clean doors

• Remove toiletries

Bedrooms

• Remove any personal items from bedside tables

• Make sure comforter fully covers bedsheets

• Bed skirt is properly placed

• Consider adding additional decorative pillows to the bed

Exterior/Patio

• Sweep

• Clean glass doors

• Place all furniture in proper location

• Tidy up and cushions/pillows

• Close garage doors

• Hide any unappealing items. (Bikes, hoses, trash bins, garden tools, etc.)

• Clean pool

• Mow lawn

• Move cars parked in drive
